Lucas has an amazing story. He started his career as an electrical contractor, working a W2 job for years before leaving to start his own small business with a partner. That business has now scaled to 60 employees, all while Lucas built a portfolio of 28 rental properties.

In our interview, we retrace his journey and the lessons he learned along the way. Lucas is one of the most humble people I've ever met, and I absolutely loved hearing him tell his story.
