In 2019, while still working as a full-time nurse, Tim Woodbridge purchased his first mobile home park with two original partners. Today, Tim is under contract for his TENTH park, and is now a full-time real estate investor.

A former registered nurse for over 8 years, Tim graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2012 with a BS in nursing with a biology minor.
